At Learning Matters! all learning is designed to be meaningful, interesting and engaging.   Using a variety of adult learning methodologies, along with providing coaching and feedback, we ensure the learner is at the centre of all our efforts.  Allowing for flexibility in design, delivery and coaching gives us the ability to provide the right level of instruction for audience members of all levels.

Case study & Action Learning
We emulate workplace situations and challenges and allows for application of skills studied.

Facilitated Lectures 
We use questions to draw out existing participant knowledge which supports the content of the module.

We allow for practice, test knowledge and competence while increasing interactivity & fun to solidify learning

We ensure participants can observe and reflect.

Large-Group Discussions
We broaden the experience and allow for sharing and gathering of information related to the module.

Lecturettes
We provide key information for discussion and practice.

Role-play activities
We allow for focus on process for both work related and non-work related situations.
